All parts and labor are covered for a full year. On the occasion that our repair failed, we will come back and fix the problem at no cost to you, in a timely manner. Warranty work does not get pushed to the back burner.

Also, for home winterization services, our warranty only covers burst pipes that could arise from a faulty winterization, it does not cover pre-existing plumbing issues that may fail, or become worse, over the course of a winter season.
